You don't like your products? No problem, of course you can send them back to us!
The costs for the return are borne by the buyer, so think carefully about what you order.
Important additional information:
All items must be returned to us safely! Unfortunately, it has already happened that products were returned lovelessly packaged and these therefore arrived broken with us. In this case, depending on the condition of the products, we will refund only a part or send the goods back to the sender.
The following cancellation policy applies to consumers and is part of the contract.
1. RIGHT OF REVOCATION

) by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter, mail, revocation form)
about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
2. CANCELLATION PERIOD
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.
3. CONSEQUENCES OF THE REVOCATION
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
4. RIGHT OF RETENTION
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
5. RETURN OF GOODS
You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
6. RETURN COSTS
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
7. LOSS OF VALUE FOR CONTRACTS FOR THE DELIVERY OF GOODS
You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
8. EXCLUSION OR PREMATURE EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF REVOCATION
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. Also excluded from the right of withdrawal are promotional products , as these are only available for a short period and are specially made and tailored.
